Our Mission Statement
We are a group of childcare nurseries where:
- Our nurseries are well resourced to enable our team to deliver the level of service parents expect
- Parents return to use our service for their child’s new siblings and recommend us to their friends
- We provide parents with daily feedback on their child’s day
- We encourage and provide opportunities for parents to become involved in their child’s day
- Our nurseries consistently work towards achieving an “Outstanding” grading from Ofsted inspections
- We train our team in appropriate skills and aim to exceed the Ofsted requirements for skill levels
- We respect and acknowledge the efforts, achievements and qualifications of our team members
- Our buildings and grounds are well maintained to provide a safe and healthy environment for children; most of our nurseries have CCTV Security systems
- We regularly monitor and review team performance, quality of care and the maintenance and safety of our equipment and buildings to ensure we follow Ofsted regulations and adhere to our policies, practices and procedures
Our staff are approachable and responsive. They will always take time to tell you what has happened during the day and pass on anecdotes. Every day your child will have made something new to show you, share with you and talk about, whether it be a cake or a piece of writing or a particularly colourful painting that you'd rather not recognise as yourself!
We encourage your involvement at all times and hold parents' events and consultations. You will be invited to come in and support your child at various events over the course of the year.
We have developed a consistent and rigorous monitoring and quality control system leaving no stone unturned in our quest to maintain excellent standards.
We have written policies to ensure best nursery practice. These are available for you to read at each of the nurseries.
Opening times and Attendances
We understand your need for flexibility. That is why we provide a full programme of activities from 8am to 6pm every day.

The nurseries are open throughout the year, except for statutory Bank Holidays and three days between Boxing Day and New Year. The nurseries close at 4pm on Christmas Eve.
