Fees
Our fees vary between individual nurseries and are based on the age of your child and the number of sessions they will spend with us. Please apply to Head Office for the latest information.
Registration
A non-refundable fee of £40.00 is payable upon registration. This payment is required with the completed Registration Pack.
Deposit
Prior to entry a deposit is required of £250.00 if the child attends on a full time basis and £150.00 if on a part time basis. This will be refunded one month after a child has left, but any outstanding payments will be deducted. The parent/guardian’s attention is drawn to the Terms and Conditions (please apply to the Head Office for a copy) with regard to the return or forfeit of the deposit.
Monthly payments
Fees are to be paid by standing order.
The fees include breakfast (0800-0830 only), snacks, lunch and tea.
The payments vary according to the nursery you select for your child and the number of sessions you choose. Please contact

There is no refund for any absence from the nursery, for Bank Holidays or the three days between Christmas and New Year. The parent/guardian’s attention is drawn to the Terms and Conditions (please apply to the Head Office for a copy).

Waiting list
To place your child on a waiting list a £40.00 fee is required, which is non-refundable.
Discounts
Sibling Discount
Buttercups are happy to offer a 10% sibling discount. Please contact our
Head Office for more details.
Government employee discounts
Buttercups offer discounts to NHS employees, Local Government employees, Civil Servants and those serving in the Emergency Services. These discounts vary between our nurseries so please apply to our
Head Office for more details.
Corporate discounts
Buttercups are happy to consider discounts to the employees of corporate bodies. These discounts are subject to availability and will be negotiated at the time of registration for a nursery place. Please contact our
Head Office for further information.
Childcare vouchers
Buttercups are happy to accept Childcare vouchers. We are registered with the most widely used companies providing this service and are keen to register with other voucher companies.
Funding for your child
At Buttercups we strive to keep up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the nursery world. We have applied to Ealing, Hillingdon and Hounslow EYDCP and have been approved by both authorities to participate in CAP – Child Affordability Programme, a recent council introduction. The scheme, which is developed to help with the nursery fees, is available to parents who are in receipt of higher level of Child Tax Credits. Further information is available from our Nursery Managers, our Head Office and from the Early Years Information Service of Ealing, Hillingdon and Hounslow Councils.
Buttercups is part of the Directory for Funded Children - those between the ages of 3 and 5 years may benefit from NEF (Nursery Education Funding) at our nurseries.
